How to COMPLETELY hide a folder ? | Use these MAGIC KEYS !!! | The EASIEST way

We all have heard about locking a folder using password by which the folder can only be opened if the user knows the correct password. But have you ever thought about hiding a folder? Yes, you can hide a folder rather make a folder disappear. It sounds interesting and it is really a smart way to hide your private folders from other peoples.

Also, according to me, it's a better way to protect your privacy rather than password protecting a folder, I mean, it's little difficult to unlock a folder if it's not visible, only you know where it is actually kept. Also, to do this, you do not require any kind of software. So, here are the simple steps, following which you can successfully hide a folder-

• Right click on the folder you want to hide and click on the properties option.

• Go to the customize section and click on the change icon option. Here you get to see various icons for your folder. But instead of choosing any other icon, slide right to locate some blank spaces. Click on any one of them to choose it as the icon for your folder and then click on apply and ok. 

• After you do this, you will find that the folder disappears but wait! Only the folder icon disappear, not the name. 

• Now, if you try to erase the name of the folder, you will see that the folder regains the name. So now the question is about how to hide the name of the folder. So in order to do this, you need to click some special keys on your keyboard.

• Press Right Control (ctrl) + the number 255 form your numpad and then press enter. You will find that the name of the folder disappears.

• So after you perform all the steps, you will find that your folder completely disappears. 

• Now you can use this trick to hide your desired folders. Also, you can give a password to any hidden folder in order to make it safer and eventually more private.
